Avinandan Banerjee is a Lecturer in the department Computer Science and Engineering of BRAC University. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from BRAC University, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2023. During his time as a student, he demonstrated excellence in his academics and displayed a keen interest in computer programming and game design. His notable experiences include serving as the Presidednt of Brac University Chess Club (BUChC) in 2022 and participating in the 'Obstacle Avoiding Robot Race' at the 'QUANTA-2016' event held at City Montessori School in Lucknow, India in November 2016. Additionally, he has served as a student tutor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at BRAC University from May 2021 to December 2022. His research interests include graph theory, computer vision, expert systems and emerging technologies like network science and extended reality.
