Md. Saiful Islam is currently working as a Senior Lecturer at BRAC University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. While creating many YouTube tutorials and accessible note materials for students during the time of Covid-19 to making education one step easier from home Md. Saiful Islam is a mentor, an advisor and above all, an educator who is truly appreciated in his field of job tunneling a pathway for future endeavors in Computer Science and tech field. He believes he is a flexible mentor, supporting his students in every possible way. His philosophy fosters confidence, integrity, and uniqueness in students, fostering innovation. At BRAC University, his guidance sparked exploration and a sense of purpose. A dedicated advocate of students' dreams, he aspires to lead them towards national success with unwavering dedication.

He is a Co-Principal Investigator at BRACU Mongol Tori, and selected and participated in NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) mars rover competition, Utah, United States. He nurtured innovation as Co-Advisor of the Robotics Club, while his leadership shone as Team Leader of Techniche, an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) - fully funded Techno - Management Festival in India. His advisory prowess secured a merit position at the prestigious Indian Rover Challenge, 2018 organized by Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai, India. 

On his recent project, he was awarded a prestigious Gold Medal as a supervisor at the International Science and Invention Fair by Indonesian Young Scientists Association for team Atlas. He is a true supporter of students' dreams, as he aims to guide them towards achieving great things for their country with unwavering commitment.
