Niloy Farhan is currently serving as an Adjunct Lecturer at BRAC University in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is currently taking CSE221: Algorithms and CSE330: Numerical Methods courses, enriching their understanding through theory and lab classes. Before joining BRAC University, Niloy was working as Adjunct Lecturer at Dhaka International University. Niloy's journey in academia began as a Student Tutor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at BRAC University from Fall 2022 to Summer 2023.

Niloy Farhan earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from BRAC University, graduating with a remarkable CGPA of 3.94 out of 4.00 in September 2023. Prior to this, he completed his Higher Secondary Certificate from Notre Dame College and his Secondary School Certificate from Motijheel Govt. Boys’ High School, both with outstanding achievements.

Dedicated to academic research, Niloy has made significant contributions in the Natural Language Processing (NLP) field. He conducted “Research on the Latest Trends in Bangla Named Entity Recognition” as part of his Bachelor's Thesis at BRAC University, achieving an exceptional grade of A+. Additionally, he has published a paper titled "Ensemble of Gated Recurrent Unit and Convolutional Neural Network for Sarcasm Detection in Bangla," which was presented at the 2023 IEEE 13th Annual Computing and Communication Workshop and Conference. His current research interests include Applied Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
