I’m currently working as a Lecturer at BRAC University in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. I completed my BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from North South University, Bangladesh, graduating in 2023.
I’m a researcher passionate about semiconductors, first-principles calculations, and emerging memory technologies. I also have a growing interest in Bioinformatics and applied machine learning.
I’m actively seeking research opportunities where I can contribute to innovative projects and continue expanding my expertise.

My research is primarily on computational materials science and nanoelectronic devices, with a particular focus on emerging memory technologies such as phase-change memory (PCM), resistive RAM (RRAM), and magnetoresistive RAM (MRAM). That said, I welcome the opportunity to supervise or co-supervise projects outside this immediate scope, provided they offer genuine intellectual challenge for both the student and myself.
