Showvik Biswas is currently serving as a lecturer at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Data & Sciences, BRAC University. He recently completed his undergraduate degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. 

With an undergraduate thesis on bioinformatics, Showvik specializes in developing methods for dry lab experiments on cell tissue data. He is presently also exploring the intersection of the domains of natural language processing and computer security, which he has always had enthusiasm for.

When not preoccupied with academics, Showvik can be found playing video games, behind a drum kit practicing with his band, or amidst heated arguments about football, mainly the misfortunes of Manchester United.
