Nur Mohammad Shaon is currently serving as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at BRAC University, where he teaches both theory and laboratory courses related to electronics and digital systems. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2024, where he majored in Electronics. He is presently pursuing his Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at BUET, with a concentration in Electronics and Photonics.

During his undergraduate years, Shaon’s primary research focus was Analog and Mixed Signal Design, particularly working on low phase-noise oscillator architectures. In his graduate studies, his research interests have evolved toward Semiconductor Device Physics, where he is currently exploring next-generation transistor technologies and device modeling.

Shaon aspires to pursue a PhD in Electrical Engineering, with the long-term goal of contributing to scientific innovation as a researcher in academia or advanced research labs.

He is known for his friendly and calm demeanor, and outside of academics, he enjoys traveling and playing outdoor games, which help him maintain a well-rounded lifestyle.
