Farhan Faruk is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at BRAC University. Previously, he worked as an Adjunct Lecturer in the same department from October 2024 to December 2025. Prior to this role, he gained teaching experience as a Student Tutor in both the CSE and MNS departments. He also worked in the plagiarism team for the Artificial Intelligence course to maintain academic integrity.
 

Farhan earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from BRAC University in 2024, graduating with the highest distinction. He was featured on the Vice Chancellor’s Honor List for 10 semesters and received a performance-based scholarship. He also received the Best Thesis Award - Spring 2024 from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering for outstanding undergraduate research.
 

His research interests include machine learning, image segmentation, and their practical applications in healthcare and education.
