K.M. Shadman Wadith is a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at BRAC University. Before this, he was a lecturer at the Green University of Bangladesh. He completed his B.Sc. from the Department of CSE, University of Dhaka. 
Currently, he is taking Programming-I(CSE-110) and Microprocessor(CSE-341) courses. 
His research focus is Reinforcement Learning, particularly Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL). Wadith has dedicated his career to exploring scalable, safe, and adaptive solutions for autonomous systems. His research includes privacy-preserving, decentralized MARL algorithms, and his master's research investigates hybrid MARL approaches that bridge offline and online paradigms for adaptive decision-making in dynamic environments. Alongside his core research, Wadith’s interests extend to trustworthy and robust AI and NLP, with specific challenges in creating a Bangla language model.
