MD. Fakhruddin Gazzali is a respected lecturer in Computer Science and Engineering Dept. at BRAC University. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree (BSc.) in the same field from the Islamic University of Technology (IUT), demonstrating his commitment to his discipline from the outset of his career.

 

At BRAC University, Mr. Gazzali is currently teaching courses in Algorithms, Data Communication, and Object Oriented Programming. These subjects are fundamental to the field of Computer Science and Engineering, and his expertise in these areas greatly benefits his students. Before his current role at BRAC, Mr. Gazzali served as a lecturer at United International University (UIU), where he taught a range of these subjects including Structured Programming Language. His teaching prowess was particularly evident in his DBMS and Algorithm course, where all the teams he guided became champions or achieved other top honors, reflecting his effective mentorship and the quality of his instruction.

 

In addition to his academic roles, Mr. Gazzali has also gained practical industry experience as a Software Developer Intern at Nilavo Technologies. This experience has enriched his teaching and research, providing him with valuable insights into the practical applications of computer science. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Gazzali is an active volunteer with the Mozilla Bangladesh Organization and the Firefox Social Support Team, demonstrating his commitment to the broader tech community.

 

Mr. Gazzali's research interests span Software Engineering, Computer Vision, and Computer Networks. His work in these areas is driven by his passion for exploring new frontiers in technology. Further attesting to his expertise, Mr. Gazzali holds a CCNA certificate, a globally recognized IT certification. His diverse interests and accomplishments reflect his dedication to continuous learning and contribution to the field of computer science.
