Azwad Aziz is currently serving as a Research Assistant at BRAC University, working under the supervision of Dr. Amitabha Chakrabarty. His primary research interests lie in the field of Deep Learning, where he is engaged in a variety of research topics.

Prior to this role, he worked for one year as a Student Tutor in the CSE Department at BRAC University, where he was responsible for lab duties of the CSE221 (Algorithms) course.

He also served as an Assistant Teacher at the Institute of Core Mathematics in Academia, where he supported students in Further Pure Mathematics under the Pearson Edexcel curriculum for IGCSE and IAL students.

His core academic interests are in the subjects of Physics and Mathematics.
