Farah Binta Haque is currently serving as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at BRAC University, Bangladesh, since June 2025. Alongside her teaching role, she is also working as a Research Associate at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) from January 2025. Previously, she contributed as a Lecturer at Manarat International University (MIU). Her academic journey in teaching began as an Undergraduate Student Tutor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, BRAC University, from Fall 2022 to Fall 2023.

 

Farah completed her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at BRAC University, graduating with Highest Distinction. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she was consistently recognized on the Vice Chancellor’s Honor List and the Dean’s Honor List for her academic excellence. She also earned performance-based scholarships in every available semester for maintaining outstanding CGPA. Beyond university, her academic achievements were distinguished by multiple merit-based government scholarships, including the Talentpool Scholarships in PSC, JSC, and SSC, and HSC.


Her research focuses on Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Signal Processing, and Natural Language Processing. She has published in both journals and conferences, including a paper on Hybrid 3D CNN-LSTM for rs-fMRI-Based Parkinson’s Prediction in the Journal of Independent Studies and Research – Computing and a conference paper on Convex Hull Optimization for Mobile Finance Agent Allocation at the World Conference on Information Systems for Business Management.
