I am currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at BRAC University. I completed my undergraduate studies in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), where I cultivated a strong interest in computational biology and machine learning.

My undergraduate thesis focused on bioinformatics, particularly Post translational modification site detection. I enjoy working at the intersection of biology and computer science, and my current research interests include protein language models, generative modeling for peptide design, and interpretable machine learning for biomedical applications.

Beyond academics, I find joy in teaching and mentoring, and I am passionate about making technical concepts accessible to students from diverse backgrounds. Outside the classroom or lab, I often spend my time reading literature, watching films or anime, or playing story games.
