Md. Jahin Alam joined BRAC University as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) on June 2023. He is currently pursuing his M.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) with a focus on Medical Image and Signal Processing at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He acquired his B.Sc. degree from EEE, BUET on May 2022. His higher secondary journey began at Notre Dame College (NDC) in science; whereas he completed his primary and secondary school in Engineering University School and College (EUSC).

As Jahin continues his M.Sc. studies, his research interests lie in the field of biomedical image and signal processing, specifically focusing on computer vision, segmentation strategies, prediction models, and diagnostic tools. Currently, he aims to better understand Ultrasound image reconstruction techniques as well as develop methods (signal/image processing & deep learning based) that can outperform conventional approaches in quality measures.
