Jawaril Munshad Abedin completed her BSc. from Brac University in Fall 2021 with a cgpa 3.99/4.00. She completed her SSC and HSC from Viqarunnisa Noon School and College in 2015 and 2017. She was also awarded the Best Girl Gold Medal from the Main Morning branch of Viqarunnisa Noon School and College in 2014. 

Jawaril joined BRAC University as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering in June 2023. Prior to this, she served as a contractual lecturer in the same department for 3 semesters. She has also served as a Student Tutor for almost 2 years in the same department during her undergraduate years. 

Moreover, she served as the Vice Chairperson of the IEEE Computer Society BRAC University Student Branch Chapter in 2020. She became the first BRAC University student to win the Richard E. Merwin Student Scholarship from the IEEE Computer Society, USA in 2020 for her excellent academic result and volunteering contribution to IEEE.
