Md. Ashadullah-All-Galib is an IT professional with over 7 years of experience in the university IT sector. He has been working at BRAC University for the past 2 years and has recently been promoted to Assistant Manager (LTO-2) in recognition of his dedication and technical expertise.

In his role, he is responsible for managing and maintaining computer labs, preparing software environments and system configurations for each semester, and providing technical support to faculty and students. He also oversees IT equipment such as computers, peripherals, projectors, and printers, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Alongside maintenance duties, he plays an important role in ensuring lab security, monitoring network and system usage, and protecting IT infrastructure from security threats like malware and spyware.

Committed to continuous improvement, he is always eager to learn, upgrade his skills, and contribute to enhancing the university’s IT ecosystem.
