Riad Ahmed completed the B.Sc degree from the Department of Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is working as a Lecturer in the Computer Science and Engineering department at BRAC University, Bangladesh. Before that he was working as a machine learning engineer at Headless Technologies Limited and a Computer Vision Engineer at

Pranon Global Limited. On top of that, he also worked as a Research assistant at the University of Dhaka. He loves to discover the underlying patterns in the learning capability of an intelligent robotic agent.

Haate-khori: An AI-based Bengali Handwriting Teaching Robot for Children: A robot whose purpose is to teach children handwriting in an interactive manner. A vision-
based system identifies and evaluates the quality of handwriting using two separate deep
neural network systems- one for letter detection and another(consisting of 11 separate net-
works) for quality detection.

IHABOT: Intelligent Hospital Assistance Robot to Fight Contagion by Reducing Doctor-Patient Interaction : 

The proposed Intelligent Hospital Assistance Robot (IHABOT) is equipped with a number of autonomous features. It can
map its surroundings, determine the best route to take to its destination, and hence navigate by itself in a real-world
environment. It has a variety of sensors to collect physiological data from the patient. IHABOT uses artificial intelligence
(AI) to automatically evaluate these physiological measures and detect patients who are deteriorating early.
