How does ChatGPT like Chatbots, Grammarly or LanguageTool.org work? Speaking to Siri, Google search, YouTube captions, or talking to a computer in general or making a computer understand language, speech recognition, converting image to text (OCR), etc. everything are applications of Natural Language Processing (NLP).

Relevance of the Topic

Students from most universities are doing research in Natural Language Processing (NLP). We are using language to talk to a computer or robot. For a computer to understand us, NLP is a must.

Future Research/Scope

Applications in medical/health sciences, business, education, detecting fake news and cyber-bullying, automated customer service, etc.
